Magic Touch Academy Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to access to and use of Magic Touch Academy (the “Academy”), which is provided by Magic Touch Software International (“Magic Touch Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Some Academy pages may be available to visitors who are not logged in. Account, course, and upload features are available only to authorized users.

By accessing or using the Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Academy.

1. Academy Access
The Academy provides training and onboarding for Magic Touch customers. The Academy may also include forms used for replication, configuration, and customer support.

Course and account access is available to current Magic Touch customers and their authorized employees, representatives, and contractors.

Magic Touch Software creates Academy accounts for authorized users. Users cannot create accounts or request access through the Academy website.

Course access is assigned based on the customer’s applicable DLCPM software. Users may receive access to courses for DLCPM Enterprise, DLCPM Online, or another software product assigned to them. Users will not be able to browse or access courses that have not been assigned to their account.

Access is limited to authorized users. If a user’s authorization changes, the customer should contact Magic Touch Software.

2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account.

Users must notify Magic Touch Software if they believe their account or credentials have been used without authorization.

3. Academy Content
The Academy may include training courses, onboarding materials, software education, and materials related to customer support.

Academy content may be confidential and proprietary to Magic Touch Software or its customers.

4. Content Restrictions
Academy content is provided for the user’s own training and for the internal business purposes of the user’s authorized customer organization.

Users must not download, copy, record, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or share Academy courses or other Academy materials.

Users must protect confidential and proprietary Academy content and must not disclose it to unauthorized persons.

5. Uploaded Files
The Academy may include forms that allow users to upload images, invoices, statements, screenshots, documents, and other files for replication, configuration, or customer support.

Uploaded files may contain patient information, protected health information, financial information, personal information, or other sensitive data. Users should remove or redact unnecessary sensitive information before uploading a file.

Users must be authorized to upload each file and must not upload information in violation of any law, agreement, privacy obligation, or third-party right.

After a file is uploaded, the submitting user cannot view or download the file through the Academy.

If a user uploads patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive information by mistake, the user should promptly contact customersupport@magictouchsoftware.com.

6. LearnWorlds Platform
The Academy is hosted on the LearnWorlds platform. LearnWorlds stores Academy information and uploaded files on its systems and may process or access that information as part of providing, maintaining, securing, or supporting its platform.

Magic Touch Software does not control LearnWorlds’ internal systems or all of its access, handling, or security practices. LearnWorlds’ own terms and privacy practices may also apply to its platform services.

7. Privacy and Cookies
