This Privacy Policy describes how Magic Touch Software International (“Magic Touch Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through Magic Touch Academy (the “Academy”). The Academy is a LearnWorlds-hosted platform that provides training and onboarding for Magic Touch customers.
This policy applies to visitors who view public Academy pages and to logged-in Academy users. Account, course, and upload features are available only to authorized users. This policy applies to the Academy and is separate from the privacy policy for Magic Touch Software’s public website.
1. Information Magic Touch Software May Receive
Magic Touch Software may receive the following information through the Academy:
- Account information, such as a user’s name, email address, organization, and login details.
- Information used to assign access to courses, including the customer’s applicable DLCPM software.
- Course activity and progress information that Magic Touch Software reviews to administer the Academy.
- Information users provide when contacting Magic Touch Software for onboarding, support, or other Academy assistance.
- Files users upload through Academy forms.
2. Information LearnWorlds May Collect
LearnWorlds may collect and process technical and cookie information through its platform. LearnWorlds’ handling of that information is also subject to LearnWorlds’ own terms and privacy practices.
3. How We Use Information
We may use Academy information to:
- Create and manage Academy accounts.
- Assign users to courses that apply to their customer organization and software.
- Provide training, onboarding, replication, configuration, and customer support.
- Respond to questions and requests.
- Review course activity and progress and administer Academy access.
- Maintain and operate the Academy.
4. Uploaded Files and Sensitive Information
The Academy may allow users to upload images, invoices, statements, screenshots, documents, and other files for replication, configuration, or customer support.
Uploaded files may contain patient information, protected health information, financial information, personal information, or other sensitive data. Users should remove or redact unnecessary sensitive information before uploading files.
Users must be authorized to upload each file and must not upload information in violation of any law, agreement, privacy obligation, or third-party right.
Magic Touch employees may access, review, copy, store, archive, and use uploaded files as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were submitted.
After a file is uploaded, the submitting user cannot view or download the file through the Academy.
5. LearnWorlds
The Academy is hosted on LearnWorlds. LearnWorlds stores Academy information and uploaded files on its systems and may process or access that information as part of providing, maintaining, securing, or supporting its platform.
Magic Touch Software does not control LearnWorlds’ internal systems or all of its access, handling, or security practices. LearnWorlds’ own terms and privacy practices may also apply to its platform services.
6. Retention
Uploaded files are not automatically deleted from LearnWorlds after submission. Magic Touch Software may also archive uploaded files in its own systems.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
Magic Touch Software may share or provide access to Academy information to its employees who need it to provide onboarding, replication, configuration, customer support, or Academy administration.
Information may also be processed or accessed by LearnWorlds as necessary to provide the LearnWorlds platform.
8. Cookies
LearnWorlds and the Academy may use necessary cookies and monitoring cookies for platform operation, login, security, preferences, and browsing activity monitoring. Cookie choices are described in the
